Information on Bookings and Payments

Product/Service and Pricing
In addition to regular classes and courses we also run one-off workshops, party nights, excursions and other related activities that we think may be of interest. Pricing on each of these will be given on the website and / or promotional material. Please note that some transactions may be subject to a minimum charge and / or fees for such things as postage.

Booking Confirmations and Ticketing
Confirmation of bookings for any events will be either by email or by ticket posted to the address given to us. These are generally sent out within a day or two but if you have not received either within one week from the event please tell us.

Refunds and Cancellations
Bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or at our sole discretion. In the event that a refund is given, any additional fees such as postage will not be refunded.

Privacy and Your Data
Contact information obtained in the course of contact with us will only be retained in order to complete a transaction or request, and once the event has passed in case we need to contact you regarding the booking. Any payment information such as card details will not be kept by us. Any email address you give us will automatically be added to our mailing list to keep you informed of events. If you wish to be removed at any time please let us know giving us the email address you wish to have removed. If you prefer not to be added to the list please let us know.
