Race For Life - Justdance Girls Team

This one is just for the girls! It's a women only fundraising event in aid of Cancer Research. Sorry guys! - but we will be asking you to sponsor us! and we expect you to come along and cheer us on and support us on the day! The Race for Life takes place on Sunday 13th July, on Southampton Common at 11.00 am. Several of us have already entered for this year and maybe you'd like to join us to as a "Justdance" team

If you'd like to be part of our team, you have to register individually on line, but where it asks for Company or organisation name please put Justdance (all one word no spaces!) please then email Karen Blake at salsa @ JUSTDANCE . net and let her know you are registered, so we know who is going and can all arrange to meet up as a group there. Although there are 10,000 places available they usually go really quickly so we have to move swiftly on this one. It costs £12.50 to enter.

The race always has a fantastic atmosphere, very poignant at times! It's great fun and you can run or walk to suit your ability, its only 5k, very easy, and no hills! You are welcome to join us but be quick, and we will have fun and chat along the way.
